An early modification of the low-visibility Russian loitering munition "Lancet" struck a self-propelled launcher of the medium-range SAM IRIS-T SLM on the front line. The equipment was detected by the Orlan-30 reconnaissance drone.
The enemy's unit was located approximately 40 km from the line of combat contact, but it did not escape the watchful optoelectronic module of the Orlan-30 UAV.
The range of the modernized "Lancet" can reach 40 - 45 km, and the software is supplemented with an add-on with an algorithm for classifying and automatically capturing TV/IR signatures of targets.
