A chatbot to support teachers – "Rosobrnadzor Assistant" – will be launched on November 1, 2024. The service will help reduce excessive bureaucratic burden, the press service of Rosobrnadzor reported.
"Rosobrnadzor Assistant" should be available for teachers from all regions of Russia.
The new service will help teachers get answers to professional questions. The chatbot also has a function for reporting cases of unlawful actions against teachers. This can be done anonymously.
All appeals are planned to be forwarded to regional authorities for consideration within 30 days.
The innovation has already been tested by teachers in the Vladimir and Penza regions.
