The "Cordiant" holding, which came under the control of Alexey Mordashov's "Severgroup", has acquired a plant for the production of plastic components. Its capacity is 10 million elements per year.
The plant previously belonged to A.Raymond Group from France. Now the enterprise is managed by "Meteor Autocomponents Kaluga" LLC, which is part of "Cordiant".
The French company A.Raymond Group sold its Russian business to the "Cordiant" holding, according to EGRUL data. On October 15, "Meteor Autocomponents Kaluga" LLC, which is part of "Cordiant", became the owner of "A.Raymond RUS" LLC, located in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
"Cordiant" confirmed the information about the deal and noted that they highly appreciate the potential synergy between the assets.
