Mobile launchers of the "Yars" missile system will move to field positions during an inspection of the Bologoye connection of the Strategic Missile Forces (RVSN). This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
Strategic missile crews will practice tasks and scenarios, including performing intensive maneuvering actions on combat patrol routes.
During the inspection, special attention is planned to be paid to working out a special integrated task with the deployment of autonomous launchers of the mobile ground-based missile system "Yars" to field positions.
Mobile missile system crews will conduct exercises involving marches of up to 100 km, dispersal with changes of field positions and their engineering equipment, organization of combat security and camouflage.
Also, as part of the inspection, the missile crews will have to address issues of countering sabotage and reconnaissance groups and various air attack weapons.
"Yars" is the most massive missile system in the Russian strategic missile forces, the basis of their grouping and an important element of the country's nuclear triad.
Earlier, Rostec announced the invulnerability of the "Product 305" missile to enemy electronic warfare on the front lines. It always flies exactly where the helicopter carrier crew directs it.
