Russian engineers have modernized the light multi-purpose guided missile (LMUR), known as "Product 305". Now these means of destruction, used by army aviation helicopters Ka-52 "Alligator" and Mi-28NM "Night Superhunter", have the ability to hit targets at much greater distances.
Initially, "Product 305" proved to be an effective high-precision weapon capable of destroying well-protected mobile objects, such as main battle tanks Leopard 2 M1 Abrams, as well as fortifications, buildings, and so on.
The modernized version will be able to cover a distance of at least 20 km, according to the Telegram channel "Voevoda Speaks".
According to information from open sources, the initial version of the missile has a flight range of 14.5 km. Weight - 150 kg, warhead weight - 22 kg.
