"Kurganmashzavod" of the "High-Precision Complexes" holding (part of the Rostec Group) has supplied a new batch of military equipment to the Russian army. This includes BMD-4M airborne combat vehicles, as well as BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles with additional protection kits.
Additional protection for combat vehicles includes slat screens and products for reinforcing armor. In addition, all vehicles are equipped with "Nakidkas" – sets for reducing visibility in the thermal and radar spectrum made of non-combustible material, which increases the survivability of equipment in combat conditions.
"Kurganmashzavod" increased the production of BMPs and BMDs by 20% in nine months of 2024 compared to the same period last year. The company is working at a high pace, some workshops around the clock. This allows us to ensure the fulfillment of the state defense order efficiently, qualitatively and in the timeframes needed by the army.
Earlier www1.ru wrote that the Russian heavy MLRS "Uragan" has strengthened counter-battery combat on the front line. The firing range is about 36 km.
