Sollers continues to increase the localization of JAC N25/N35 trucks, which are assembled in Russia under the name Sollers Argo. Frame welding for light-duty vehicles has begun at the UAZ-Stamping Production plant.
Frames are welded in semi-automatic mode. The geometry is checked by special automation, which signals deviations. Production testing will take less than a month. It is planned that mass production of frames will begin on November 1. The plant intends to produce up to 11.5 thousand parts per year.
Localization of production will reduce delivery times for parts. This will have a positive impact on the assembly of trucks, Sollers assures.
