Опрос: 70% москвичей хотят электромобили, но половина из них беспокоится из-за нехватки зарядных станций

There are only 240 charging stations in Moscow for 10,000 electric vehicles

70% of Muscovites want to switch to electric vehicles, but only 6% have done so. The main obstacle is the lack of charging stations, of which there are currently only about 240. The authorities plan to increase their number to 30,000 in five years.

According to a survey conducted by October Group, 70% of Muscovites are ready to switch to electric vehicles, but only 6% have already taken this step. The main reason stopping drivers is the lack of charging stations. Today, there are about 240 charging stations operating in Moscow, while the number of electric vehicles on the city's streets has reached 10,000.

As a solution to the problem of insufficient charging infrastructure, the authorities propose installing AC charging stations at transformer substations in the courtyards. This will allow electric vehicle owners to recharge their cars at night or in their free time.
