The US Department of Defense stated that the Russian defense industry (DIC) has adapted to Western sanctions and is demonstrating production rates.
The Russian economy has not collapsed or fallen apart, and the Russian defense industry is producing again, maybe not at the level of the USSR, but definitely enough to support military potential.
According to her, Russian soldiers are «learning and adapting» to the current conditions.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that enterprises have increased the production of particularly demanded weapons many times over, and also improved their haracteristics taking into account their use in combat operations.
