Rosstandart has announced the recall of 1,858 Xcite X-Cross 7 vehicles manufactured by Avtozavod St. Petersburg LLC, formerly the Nissan plant. It was discovered that some of the vehicles may have a malfunctioning microphone in the ERA-GLONASS system, which could result in the absence of two-way voice communication with emergency services. The microphone will be checked on all recalled vehicles. If a malfunction is detected, it will be repaired.
Due to possible damage to the speed sensor wire on the front left and right wheels, another 708 Xcite X-Cross 7 vehicles, which were produced between November 8, 2023, and May 15, 2024, are being recalled.
This may lead to failure or malfunction of systems that use data from the speed sensor, such as the anti-lock braking system.
All vehicles will have the wire checked for damage. If necessary, the speed sensor will be replaced.
Owners of vehicles subject to recall must deliver their vehicles to the nearest dealership for free repairs.
