The next stage of the inspection of military units and formations of the Armed Forces of Belarus started on September 30. The Ministry of Defense of the republic emphasized that the main focus will be on the readiness of air defense troops and air force units to perform tasks.
It is noted that the inspection measures will be gradually increased with the involvement of all training grounds of the Armed Forces to perform combat training tasks.
The personnel, including those liable for military service called up from the reserve, will have to complete the entire range of measures to prepare weapons, military and special equipment for use, and go to the designated areas.
Military expert Evgeny Damantsev clarified that the Belarusian military is practicing the operational deployment of air and space surveillance radar of combat mode and target designation, including 36D6, 64N6 and 91N6 from the S-300PS/PM1 and S-400 air defense systems, as well as the target distribution of detected objects of a mock enemy between anti-aircraft missile divisions and links of Su-30SM multirole fighters.
