He said that the bank creates all the conditions for the development of young specialists in various fields. To attract young people, Sber works in partnership with various universities in the country. Students have access to practical training.
Gref explained that, according to experts, the country will lack about 50 thousand specialists in the field of microelectronics by 2030.
