The company "Rusaviaprom" is modernizing the light multi-purpose aircraft An-2 (better known as "Kukuruznik") to the TВС-2МС version. It will be used by the air carrier "AviaSfera", the press service of "Rusaviaprom" reported.
"AviaSfera" has ordered the modernization of two aircraft. Work on the first An-2 is in its final stages. Partial funding for these purposes in the amount of 30 million rubles was allocated by the regional leasing company of Bashkiria.
TВС-2МС is the only serial small aviation aircraft in Russia. This is an An-2 version with improved flight characteristics.
Characteristics of TВС-2МС:
- Cruising speed — 200 km/h
- Fuel consumption — 160 l/h
- Flight range — 1300 km
