The autumn conscription for military service in 2024 in Russia will be held according to the old rules. Conscripts will receive summonses in the traditional way — on paper at their place of registration.
The head of the State Duma Committee on Defense, Andrei Kartapolov, noted that while the military registration register is being tested, conscripts will receive summonses in the traditional way. The register is planned to be fully launched by January 1, 2025.
The autumn conscription will last from October 1 to December 31.
Earlier www1.ru reported that in three Russian regions a website of the electronic summons register has started working. You can log in to it through an account on the Gosuslugi portal.
