The autumn conscription for military service in 2024 in Russia will follow the old rules. Conscripts will receive summons in the traditional way — on paper at their place of registration.
The head of the State Duma Committee on Defense, Andrei Kartapolov, noted that while the military registration register is being tested, conscripts will receive summons in the traditional way. The register is planned to be fully launched by January 1, 2025.
The autumn conscription will last from October 1 to December 31.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that a website for the electronic summons register has launched in three Russian regions. You can log in to it through your account on the "Gosuslugi" portal.
