Telegram Vice President Ilya Perekopsky registered as an individual entrepreneur (IE) in St. Petersburg on September 9, 2024, according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE).

The main activity of the IE is indicated as the rental and management of own or leased real estate. Additional activities include software development, real estate purchase and sale, legal activities, advertising services, and the provision of auxiliary business services.

Perekopsky was Deputy General Director of VKontakte from 2008 to 2014, and has been Vice President of Telegram since 2018.
