KAMAZ plans to increase the production of in-line six-cylinder engines of a new modification. Currently, such engines are produced only in Naberezhnye Chelny, but preparations are already underway for their production at the facilities of the Tutaev Motor Plant, which is part of PJSC "KAMAZ".
In Tutaev, they intend to produce R6 in "agricultural" modifications. Such engines will be used to equip equipment manufactured at the PTZ and Rostselmash plants.
It also became known that a modernized diesel engine 8801.10 is being tested in Tutaev, which was installed on the Kirovets tractor.
Earlier www1.ru wrote that the 8801.10 engine is equipped with an electronic control system and a Common Rail fuel system of the accumulator type, developed in Russia.
