AvtoVAZ continues active production, filling the Russian market with new cars. On Saturday, September 7, the plant in Togliatti worked an 11-hour shift, assembling 580 Lada Granta cars in various body types and colors. Additionally, 232 Niva Legend SUVs and 225 Niva Travel cars were produced in 9 hours of operation.
Insiders claim that staff will be paid double for working on Saturday, which underscores the company's efforts to meet high demand. AvtoVAZ actively uses Saturday shifts to increase production volumes and meet market needs.
