Russian inventors on the front lines have once again demonstrated ingenuity. They have developed a homemade device for loading machine gun belts, which is suitable for ammunition for almost any small arms.
In the footage that has appeared, you can see how a man uses a device with pressure to quickly and easily load four rounds into a machine gun belt. Thus, a 100-round belt for a Kalashnikov machine gun can be equipped in just a few minutes.
The Russian Armed Forces also use Rakov's machine with a manual drive, which was developed specifically for loading machine gun belts, but is considered scarce.
Externally, Rakov's machine for equipping machine gun belts looks like a meat grinder. It is very easy to load a machine gun belt with its help. You need to pour a handful of cartridges into the hopper, one of the structural elements of the machine, and then activate the mechanism by rotating the handle. The machine will automatically turn, stack and drive the cartridges into the belt. However, the new device of the military is much simpler and more reliable.
Earlier www1.ru reported that a "megawatt" for heavy drones was developed in Russia. The device is also suitable for transporting heavy cargo over long distances
