The Moscow company "Pik" has launched the "First AI-house" constructor of new buildings. It works on the basis of artificial intelligence (AI). This was reported by the company's press service.
Anyone can take part in the project. Users are invited to describe the building in detail — from facades to window sizes. The AI will show the view of the new building and place the house in a digital city.
Soon a residential quarter from Pik with polyclinics, sports grounds, and schools will appear in virtual reality. With the help of artificial intelligence, users will be able to create the house of their dreams and place it in a virtual quarter.
The ideas of the facades of the houses will participate in the voting. The best of them is planned to be used in the development of one of the future quarters.
The results of the competition will be announced on September 23 of this year. The project documentation will mark the participating developer.
