According to the carrier, passengers who have pre-purchased "Aeroexpress" tickets for travel to or from Vnukovo Airport to Kievsky railway station between August 1st will be able to return them and get a refund. To do this, you must fill out the feedback form on the company's website.
"Aeroexpress" will focus on developing routes to Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports, as well as developing bus express services to airports. Both railway and bus routes to Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports will remain unchanged. We also remind you that from June 1st, "Aeroexpress" launched another bus express route from Khovrino metro station to Terminal D of Sheremetyevo Airport.
The first Aeroexpress trains on the route from Kievsky railway station to Vnukovo Airport and back started running in 2008. Over 16 years of operation, they have transported more than 30 million passengers. From 2019 until the closure of the route, "Lastochka" electric trains have been used on this line.
Rail service between Kievsky railway station and Vnukovo Airport will be maintained. The route will be served by the Central Suburban Passenger Company (TsPPK).
