The largest film studio in Russia will be built on the territory of the Academpark technopark in Novosibirsk. This was announced by Dmitry Verkhovod, General Director of the Novosibirsk Technopark.
The new film industry facility was named the "Scientific Film Factory."
There has never been a studio of this size and with such capabilities in Russia. Its area will be almost 1 thousand square meters. It will become the largest such studio in Russia.
The building will be cylindrical in shape, with one side equipped with a large screen to create dynamic scenery. The height of the studio is 30 meters.
Against this background, you can shoot any story, even on the Moon and Mars. There is complex software where the image on the screen is synchronized with the shooting camera.
The studio plans to use virtual reality technologies. It will be built in 2026 - 2027. The cost of the equipment is estimated at 280 million rubles.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the Higher School of Economics created a program capable of replacing operators and directors.
