The shipbuilders modernized the bilge keels, repaired the bottom-side and sea valves, and painted the ship's hull. All work was completed on time.
The "Pandar" was launched in 1991 in Germany, but sails under the Russian flag. The length of the vessel is 120 meters, the width is 20 meters. Its gross tonnage is 5025 tons, and its deadweight is 6810 tons.
