KAMAZ-4280 Vega buses have gone on sale and should soon appear on the roads of Lipetsk. Three cars were purchased under lease by "Lipetsk Bus Lines."
The buses are equipped with LED headlights of Russian production. The body is also domestic — from the Ulyanovsk company "SIMAZ." But, unfortunately, it was not possible to do without Chinese spare parts in the bus. The drive axle and six-speed mechanics are made in China.
The engine is a Cummins diesel. It is produced in Naberezhnye Chelny at the "Cummins-KAMA" enterprise. The engine displacement is 3.8 liters, and the power is 154 horsepower. The same engine is installed on Kompas-9 trucks.
One KAMAZ-4280 Vega bus will cost 10 million rubles.
