AvtoVAZ had problems with the production of LADA Vesta cars. The reason was the lack of hub nuts. Incomplete cars accumulated on the territory of the plant in Togliatti waiting for parts, and on July 17 it became known that the conveyor for the production of LADA Vesta had stopped altogether! This is reported by insiders.
The Vesta car assembly line worked only 4 hours until the lunch break at 11.00. In the afternoon, the conveyor did not move from its place.
The staff waited until 16:15, and then the workers were sent home. Insiders claim that the problems arose due to the DAAZ plant. It disrupted the delivery of spare parts.
Recall that DAAZ is located in Dimitrovgrad, Ulyanovsk region. The parent company is PJSC KAMAZ. The plant is part of the United Automotive Technologies group.
