It will help patients after stroke and injured athletes

A robotic simulator "Robotrainer" has been created in Russia. The novelty was presented at the "Archipelago" project and educational intensive.

The device helps to restore joints after injuries and operations. The robot simulator will also be useful for rehabilitation after a stroke.

The simulator helps to practice and consolidate motor behavior through mechanotherapy with the creation of an "electronic twin" of the patient. This creates neurological pathways for muscle work.
Pavel Marakulin, project leader

The device records the patient's joint movement indicators and saves the data in the system. The information is reproduced during therapy under the supervision of a doctor. All parameters can be adjusted before the end of the course.

Earlier www1.ru reported that the first VR simulator "BrachyHDR" for training specialists in contact radiation therapy was invented in Russia.
