Wildberries has expanded the option of additional protection against accidental orders. This was reported by the marketplace's press service.
The new function will allow customers to cancel any erroneously placed orders.
You've been waiting for this, and we've done it! Previously, you could only cancel an order made with cash on delivery, but now — any order. The special button is valid for the first hour or until the seller or warehouse starts assembling.
To cancel an order in the mobile application, you need to go to the "Deliveries" section, click on the "Processed" status — the cancellation option will appear. On the marketplace website — hover the cursor over the product card or the three dots under the product.
