Российские военные смогут менять форму, если она износится раньше срока

Previously, there were fixed terms for wearing uniforms, but now there are exceptions

According to Deputy Head of the Ministry of Defense Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, during an inspection of the training of contract servicemen at the training grounds of the Moscow Military District, Russian soldiers and officers are "fully provided with everything necessary" in terms of equipment. If it fails in frontline conditions, it can be replaced immediately, without waiting for the end of the service life, which applies when the military is stationed at permanent bases.

The order of the Minister of Defense stipulates: there are no wear periods here, in war. If we observe wear periods in permanent deployment locations, there are none here. If clothing fails after an assault, it is immediately issued to him [the soldier], everything is available on site, and there should be no problems, and there are none.
Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, Deputy Minister of Defense of Russia

According to Yevkurov, each training ground where reserve units are being prepared has equipment that is issued for training. Soldiers train in combat gear in conditions as close as possible to combat. They are issued body armor, helmets, and other related equipment.

Then, the soldiers who are now being sent to the front after training and coordination receive a summer kit. Upon arrival at the base area at their destinations, they receive, in addition to this kit, another set of multicam-colored uniforms, individual hygiene kits, and all-weather clothing designed for rain, snow, cold weather, and other weather changes. Closer to winter, soldiers are issued a winter clothing package.
