В Москве начнут производить новые промышленные роботы с ИИ

The company will also "cross" industrial and collaborative robots at the plant

TECHNORED will contribute to the robotization of Russia. The company is already among the major developers and manufacturers of universal serial robotic systems.

In the next six years, TECHNORED intends to significantly increase the number of robots produced, expand their range, and make its production as import-independent as possible. There will definitely be demand for the products: the market is estimated at 750 thousand companies, including small and medium-sized businesses. And this is only in Russia, without taking into account possible partnerships with the CIS countries.

We are not engaged in simple import substitution and do not strive to repeat traditional Western models that are too conservative in nature. We are developing fundamentally new systems that change the approach to robotization and make it truly accessible. It was with TECHNORED that the era of affordable boxed solutions began, which were picked up all over the world, and we continue to be at the forefront of innovation, setting standards that are followed by global robotics giants. Our efforts are aimed at ensuring the technological sovereignty of the country and increasing its GDP by improving the efficiency of production.
Artyom Lukin, CEO of TECHNORED

The new production complex in Moscow will allow:

  •  by 2025 — to increase production capacity from 530 to 1,500 units per year and begin production of industrial robots with AI in 2025;
  • by 2027 — to localize production up to 90% and start producing new types of robots;
  • by 2030 — to increase production to 12,000 units per year.

The new types of robots that TECHNORED intends to start producing in 2027 include hybrids of traditional industrial robots and cobots, that is, collaborative robots that work in tandem with humans.

The new robots will receive ease of programming and safety for humans from cobots, and high reach, load capacity and repeatability from industrial robots. This will be a new step in the development of not only Russian, but also global robotics: there are simply no solutions of this class in the world right now.

It is planned to invest more than 1.5 billion rubles in the implementation of the plan. These will include TECHNORED's own and attracted funds, as well as grants and subsidies.
