Russia has produced a disposable drone called "Vogan-9SP" to intercept enemy unmanned aerial vehicles by detonating its own warhead. The development was presented by Red Line company.
The quadcopter-type drone is capable of reaching speeds of about 200 km/h and working in conjunction with a laser system and radar station, which will "highlight" the desired target for it.
The command "start" is given, the drone stands in the cassette at an angle of 45%, it takes off from the guide, gets as close as possible to the target, and in the last moments is guided automatically by its guidance systems.
After that, the copter flies as close as possible to the target and detonates the warhead located in the nose.
Earlier,www1.ru reported that an American ATACMS guidance system fell into the hands of Russian specialists. They began to study the guidance and flight correction systems.
