A new way to buy cars from China may appear on the Russian car market. This was announced by Liu Hanyuan, director of Suifenhe Xiongfei Trade and Economic Co., Ltd.
We are now preparing to open the first auctions, and we plan to launch them within two to three months.
What exactly these auctions will be is not yet clear. But they will definitely be in demand. After all, the demand for Chinese cars in Russia is growing.
Representatives of the Ussuriysk Customs said that in five months of this year, the number of cars from China imported by individuals has increased almost eightfold.
Thus, since the beginning of the year, 2,306 cars have been imported, while in five months of 2023 — only 308 cars.
