Забирайте, где удобно: «Почта России» разрешила получать посылки с «Авито» в партнерских пунктах

Service launched in pilot mode

Russian Post has launched a new service — receiving parcels from Avito at partner locations. The pilot project has been launched in 70 locations in 33 cities across Russia, according to the federal postal operator's press service.

Parcels can be received at pickup points for marketplaces, stores, communication stores, cafes, and other retail locations that are at least 500 meters away from post office branches. Previously, they only accepted parcels, but now they also handle deliveries.

According to Russian Post, the new service makes parcel delivery more convenient.

The postal network covers the entire country, but in large cities, branches are not always within walking distance. Partner pickup points can often be a more convenient location.
Maxim Tsypin, First Deputy General Director of Russian Post

The network of points is planned to be expanded in the coming months. It is expected that their number will exceed several thousand.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that artificial intelligence will help Russian Post speed up delivery.
