Currently, you can offer your apartments for rent only by connecting them through the partner service RealtyCalendar. In the future, the number of such channel managers, who instantly update prices and availability of hotels on all connected booking channels, is planned to be expanded.
Placing an object on the site is easy - you need to specify an email address and a channel manager. After that, the information goes to the "Extranet" (personal account of the short-term rental property), and after moderation, it appears on the Yandex Travel platform. If necessary, the owner can supplement information about their offer and publish it.
Landlords can specify the amount of the deposit for tenants. This will help in case of property damage.
The commission upon successful booking when connecting to Yandex Travel in June is 10% (the offer does not apply to hotels and other objects providing hotel services), then - 15%. Yandex Travel works with self-employed, individual entrepreneurs, physical and legal entities.
