Users of "T-Bank" faced the inability to transfer funds to other financial institutions through the mobile application. The possibility of transactions remained only to Sberbank accounts.
The failure affected: БКС Bank, Gazprombank, Asian-Pacific Bank, Russian Agricultural Bank, Otkritie, Raiffeisenbank, Renaissance Credit, OTP Bank and Rosbank.
Contacting "T-Bank" support did not bring results. Employees of the financial institution assured customers that technical problems would be resolved promptly. The timing of the solution to the transfer problem was not mentioned.
Later, the press service of "T-Bank" assured that the application was working normally, and no problems with transfers were recorded.
