Проблемы устранены: СДЭК приступил к полноценной работе

The operator's databases on key servers have been restored

The Russian logistics company CDEK has informed customers about returning to normal operations. The operator's working servers have been restored after a week-long outage. This was reported by the company's press service.

Despite a number of remaining minor issues, the operator's website and mobile application are fully functional. The operation of personal and corporate accounts has been restored.

Shipment movement has resumed, most of the delayed parcels have been delivered, and we plan to deliver the remaining ones in the near future.

CDEK has also resumed accepting shipments by couriers with some restrictions. Special tariff conditions are not yet in effect.

The start of accepting applications after the elimination of technical problems began on June 2. If the application was sent earlier, customers were asked to duplicate it.

The company notes that shipments with the "Reverse" and "Customer Return" services are still not accepted. Delivery to parcel lockers (automatic terminal for receiving and sending parcels) is also not yet carried out.

As a reminder, a global failure occurred at CDEK on May 26. The operator's work was stopped due to a hacker attack and restricted access to databases. It took the operator a week to fix the problems.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the global failure was partially eliminated, and CDEK is returning to work.
