The «Quiet Wings» group of companies (part of the «Kalashnikov» concern) presented the «Legioner-E33K» unmanned vertical take-off and landing aircraft with an electric engine. The UAV is designed for cargo delivery and remote sensing of the terrain.
The drone is capable of taking off thanks to a propeller in the rear of the fuselage, as well as four propellers around the perimeter. The tail section is L-shaped. The manufacturer does not provide more precise technical characteristics, but it is noted that the UAV will certainly facilitate the work of rescuers and the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The use of unmanned aerial vehicles to determine zones of flooding and inundation, assess damage, as well as the use of our technologies in the fight against forest fires, will allow the Ministry of Emergency Situations to increase the efficiency of its work, reduce the response time to emergencies and reduce risks for rescuers.
Earlier, «Kalashnikov» for the first time in detail showed the flight of the advanced SKAT 350 M drone. The drone is designed for round-the-clock aerial reconnaissance in the infrared and optical ranges.
