Global Failure Partially Resolved: CDEK Returns to Operation

The Head Mare hacker group has claimed responsibility for the failure

The logistics company CDEK has partially returned to work after a large-scale technical failure that occurred on May 26. The Head Mare hacker group has claimed responsibility for it. The attackers wrote about this on the social network X.

Currently, access to many sections of the company's website is closed. The delivery calculator and the service for tracking parcels are still not working.

We continue to fix the remaining problems and are trying to restore the stable operation of all functions as soon as possible.
CDEK Press Service

The CDEK press service assured that they are working to restore full customer service at order pick-up points (PVZ). Customers were warned about the increasing cases of fraud, when attackers try to obtain confirmation codes by phone to receive shipments.

The problems started on May 26, when the operator suspended the acceptance and delivery of parcels. All operations were suspended for three days.

At one of the CDEK points, a www1.ru correspondent was told that the delivery of parcels in the warehouse had begun. At the same time, employees are not yet accepting new shipments.

Earlier www1.ru reported that CDEK has not eliminated the cause of the global failure.
