Новые зимние шины Torero MP30 появились в России

These studded tires will replace the Matador MP 30 Sibir Ice 2, the only difference being the name

The domestic Torero tire line has been expanded with a new model. The studded Torero MP30 tires have replaced the 2016 Matador MP 30 Sibir Ice 2. However, the tires only differ in name. Car owners will have access to wheels with diameters from 14 to 17 inches.

Torero tires are produced at the Gislaved plant, owned by the Russian Holding S8 Capital. Previously, three tire models were presented for crossovers and SUVs: MP-47 (for general roads), MP82 (Highway Terrain, for asphalt and light off-road), MP72 (All Terrain, for dirt and gravel roads and light off-road).

The name change from Matador to Torero tires is likely due to the decision of Continental, which previously owned the Kaluga tire plant. The foreign company did not want tires to be produced under the Matador name in Kaluga.
