The company "Autonomous Energy Systems" (part of the "Itelma" group) has presented the first Russian traction battery for electric transport. It will be installed in Evolute i-Joy and LADA e-Largus.
It is expected that the range of the Evolute i-Joy with the new batteries will increase by 20%, up to 480 km. The traction battery of "Autonomous Energy Systems" uses Chinese cells, while the remaining components are of Russian design, including the thermostatic control system, control units, and telematics.
The battery integrates a control system with remote monitoring function. It can be used to monitor the condition of the battery. Thanks to the heat exchanger, the electric vehicle can be used at temperatures down to -40 degrees.
