At the CIPR-2024 conference, Viktor Bespalov, Deputy Head of the KAMAZ Innovation Center (part of PJSC "KAMAZ"), demonstrated the operation of the Russian digital platform Kamotive to Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. This was reported in the press service of the automaker.
At the PJSC "KAMAZ" stand, engineers from several companies clearly showed the creation of a bus model using Kamotive tools. The digital platform makes it possible to organize effective collaboration between a large number of developers and component suppliers. This includes the transfer of design documentation, planning and distribution of tasks.
The Kamotive software from PJSC "KAMAZ" was created as part of a program to replace imported software for the automotive industry. The platform is expected to improve the quality of design solutions by optimizing the process.
Earlier it was reported that Rostec will create a digital platform for design engineers.
