PJSC "Kurgan Machine-Building Plant" has increased the production of armored vehicles by 20%. This was reported by the press service of the state corporation "Rostec".
PJSC "Kurganmashzavod" is part of the "High-Precision Complexes" holding. The production of combat armored vehicles is carried out within the framework of the state defense order.
Rostec clarified that we are talking about in-demand light armored vehicles, in particular, the tracked vehicle BMP-3. Also, PJSC "Kurganmashzavod" began shipping the combat floating vehicle BMD-4M from April 2024.
All armored vehicle models are equipped with upper hemisphere protection, means of reducing visibility, and additional protection kits.
In January, PJSC "Kurganmashzavod" tested a new Arctic Russian armored personnel carrier BT-3F, reported www1.ru.
