The Zhukovsky District Court of the Kaluga Region satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office for the seizure of shares of the Klimovsk Specialized Ammunition Plant from private owners in favor of the state.
Rostec, one of the shareholders of the plant, stated that it was satisfied with the court's decision. A representative of the state corporation noted that private owners were siphoning money from the plant and not investing in modernization.

As a reminder, during the New Year holidays, an accident occurred at the boiler house in Podolsk, located on the territory of the plant. 173 apartment buildings were left without heating and hot water. Even President Vladimir Putin had to intervene in the situation, who ordered the nationalization of the plant. Criminal cases were initiated.
