The Zhukovsky District Court of the Kaluga Region upheld the Prosecutor General's Office lawsuit to seize the shares of the Klimovsk Specialized Ammunition Plant from private owners in favor of the state.
Rostec is one of the shareholders of the plant and stated that it was satisfied with the court's decision. A representative of the state corporation noted that private owners siphoned money from the plant and did not invest in modernization.

As a reminder, during the New Year holidays, an accident occurred at the boiler house in Podolsk, located on the territory of the plant. 173 apartment buildings were left without heating and hot water. The situation even required the intervention of President Vladimir Putin, who ordered the nationalization of the plant. Criminal cases were opened.
