The Roscosmos State Corporation is developing a unified information environment for managing the life cycle of rocket and space technology products. A part of it – a fully domestic computer-aided design system – is already being tested at RESHETNEV.
Today, specialists at JSC "RESHETNEV" are testing software modules that will be used by designers and technologists involved in the creation of products throughout their life cycle. The aim of the joint work is to analyze the capabilities of the T-FLEX system and its adaptation to the tasks of satellite construction, followed by commissioning.
It is noted that T-FLEX is designed to work at all stages of product creation: from project development to testing and delivery to the customer. Satellite builders have already been trained to interact with it, but the study and testing of the system is being conducted not only by them, but also at other enterprises.
The timing of the introduction of the new Russian CAD system has not yet been announced.
