Russia Begins Using "Ork-2" and "Ork-3" Drone Suppression Systems

Both systems are successfully used by the military

The Russian army has begun using "Ork-2" and "Ork-3" drone jamming systems. The devices have been successfully tested in combat conditions.

The "Ork-2" system is designed to be installed on vehicles, including evacuation vehicles. The system operates in two main frequency ranges, and the frequencies for suppressing enemy drones are selected based on electronic intelligence data.
Oleg Zhukov, General Designer of the Geran Scientific and Production Enterprise

According to Oleg Zhukov, the "Ork-3" system is designed to protect personnel and important facilities. The model is available in a wearable version with a remote on/off option.

The operating range of the systems is from 50 to 400 meters (depending on conditions). The "Ork-2" weighs 3 kg, and the "Ork-3" weighs 8 kg.

It was previously noted that employees of the Geran Scientific and Production Enterprise (NPP) created the Giurza anti-drone.
