North Korean leader Kim Jong-un took part in an official ceremony dedicated to the completion of the construction of residential buildings in the Hwasong district of Pyongyang. He arrived at the event in an Aurus Senat limousine presented by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
According to KCNA news agency, the second phase of construction was opened at the ceremony. 10,000 apartments have been built. 30,000 apartments have now been commissioned. A total of 50,000 apartments should be built.
