БПЛА «Аэромедик-30» испытали для доставки лекарств в труднодоступные районы

The drone was developed by the Nizhny Novgorod company "Klevercopter"

The Nizhny Novgorod company "Klevercopter" has successfully tested the "Aeromedic-30" drone with vertical take-off and landing. It is expected to be used for the delivery of medical supplies.

The tests took place at the Vostochny airfield near Nizhny Novgorod. According to Sergey Gusev, CEO of "Klevercopter", the gasoline-powered prototype worked out various flight modes, including quadcopter mode, direct transition, flights in airplane mode, and reverse transition.

Technical characteristics of the UAV "Aeromedic-30":

  • Flight speed — 100 km/h
  • Flight time — up to 6 hours
  • Flight range at maximum load — 200 km
  • Flight range at normal load — 600 km
  • Cargo weight — up to 5 kg

UAVs will be used where it is impossible to use devices weighing more than 30 kg. In particular, for flights to remote villages and settlements where medicines need to be delivered from district paramedic and obstetric stations.
