AvtoVAZ has applied for registration of the Ursus and Terum trademarks in three classes of the ICGS: for automobiles, toys and services for the maintenance and repair of vehicles within the framework of the concern's partnership projects.
We are patenting names in advance for new cars that we plan to produce as part of partnership projects. It is not a fact that all of them will be used
Note that the auto giant has repeatedly registered new trademarks. At the end of March, AvtoVAZ patented eight marks, six of which end in the letter «а», like the current product line of the manufacturer.
In 2020, 12 trademarks were registered, and only two of them became names for cars. We are talking about Iskra — its premiere is promised at the SPIEF and Aura — so far available only to officials.
