What to expect from LADA ISKRA?
LADA ISKRA should replace Lada Granta. The car will be built on the XJO platform. It was inherited by AvtoVAZ from cooperation with the Renault-Nissan alliance and was previously named CMF-B LS. Due to localization and a high degree of import substitution, the platform was renamed.
Earlier, Maxim Sokolov said that the car will be slightly larger than Granta. In terms of design, it is a cross between Granta and Vesta. Production is scheduled to start in early 2025. The car factory already has a patent for three versions: a sedan, a regular station wagon and a cross-station wagon.
