GigaChat and ChatGPT have different concepts of what is "good" and what is "bad." When AI technologies are used in critical industries, including medicine and industry, it is important to use models that meet the interests of Russia.

The Ministry of Digital Development stated that in 2024, neural networks will be introduced into Gosuslugi to advise Russians. Specialists have already started testing YandexGPT and GigaChat as part of the work of state services.

It was previously reported that 110 million Russians have a profile on Gosuslugi.
