According to the description of the patent and the abstract of the invention, which are referenced by TASS news agency, the device is made in the form of a multi-barrel pyrotechnic launcher, consisting of barrels for with the possibility of including a set of missiles. The types of missiles are not specified.

It is indicated that the multi-barrel pyrotechnic launcher is installed "on a rotary-tilting table with a fuse ignition system." This table is "equipped with at least two retractable rods fixed on its inclined platform," at the ends of which "additional blocks of high-altitude level for engaging miniature unmanned aerial vehicles are fixed."

The developers believe that the technical result should be to increase the efficiency of the device.

It is worth noting that the "Sapphire" anti-drone system is already being effectively used by Russia against mini-drones.
