The Rostec State Corporation will bring a new electronic warfare product to the Dubai Airshow 2023 international aerospace exhibition in the UAE. This is the Sapphire anti-drone system.
Sapphire operates at a distance of up to 30 km, with drone countermeasures carried out at 5 km and closer. It classifies the enemy in the air and notes how dangerous it is to the protected object.
In addition to the UAVs themselves, the system suppresses ground control stations for drones. Sapphire has already undergone combat testing.
